In silence and sleep we seek
With soul so deep yet bleak
The light at end of tunnel,
The purity of our wandering soul.
We see through eyes so bleak
In weather, clement and meek
The truth lost inside of us
Prevail O God, make no fuss.
Let us embrace thy love
And be wrapped under glove;
Divine that we live with pure bliss,
For thy immortal love a thousand kiss.
Sanctify all that quests after you
Our watery lips, a kind of softer dew
Seek refuge in solemn vow thy love
That the life breathing is made of.
